Intermediate Kickboxing
This is a revved up version of our Striking Fit class.  Here we take off the training wheels, advance your technique, and push the intensity level.
Combat Conditioning
This is the class is for the athlete, fighter, or stay-at-home mom. Â Join us as we use many unconventional and cross training methods to smash through plateaus and reach your goals.


Dutch Drills
Get more comfortable throwing combinations, gauging distance, and working defense in this simulated sparring class.
Flow
Focusing on the mobility, stability, and fluidity that is lost over the years. Â Perfect for someone coming off an injury or just getting started.
